Get ready for the ultimate 3-day adventure as we take you down the Garden Route, a wild mix of landscapes, unforgettable experiences, and the prefect blend of chill and thrill!

Day 1: R62 Road Trip & Starry Night Glamping
Kick off your adventure with a scenic drive down the famous R62, one of South Africa’s most breathtaking routes! We’ll make our first stop in the quirky town of Barrydale for a delicious lunch – think hearty meals, local flavours, and a classic roadside vibe. After recharging, it’s time to head deeper into wine country with a stop in Calitzdorp, located near the port capital of South Africa, where you’ll get to sip and swirl your way through some of the best local wines.

As the sun starts to dip, we’ll arrive at our unique glamping site. You’ll sleep in comfy tents under the stars, surrounded by nature’s tranquillity. It is the perfect way to wrap up the first day of our epic journey, with a visit from Eagle Owls being an added bonus!

Day 2: Caves, Ostriches & Sunset by the Sea
Rise and shine for a day full of unforgettable experiences! We kick things off with a visit to the incredible Cango Caves for a thrilling underground adventure. Exploring the winding tunnels and jaw-dropping chambers that will leave you in awe of nature’s wonders. Afterward, we’ll visit a nearby ostrich farm where you can get up close and person with these fascinating creatures and learn all about the world of ostrich farming.

In the afternoon we head to the coast, arriving in Mossel Bay just in time to catch a stunning sunset over the ocean. But the day isn’t over yet – tonight, you’ll have the unique experience of sleeping on a train right on the beach! Drift off to the sound of waves, dreaming of what’s to come.

Day 3: Snorkelling & Big 5 Game Drive
Start your morning with an unforgettable snorkelling tour in the warm waters of Mossel Bay. Dive in and discover vibrant marine life up close – perfect for ocean lovers! After drying off, we’ll head out for an epic game drive at a local wildlife reserve. Keep your eyes peeled for 4 of the Big 5, lions, elephants, rhinos, cheetahs, and even hippo!

Once the game drive comes to a close, it is time to head back to Stellenbosch, reflecting on the amazing memories you’ve made along the Garden Route. This whirlwind adventure may have come to an end, but the stories and experiences will last a lifetime!
