This Women’s Day, we’re not just vibing — we’re honouring the fierce, fearless females who shaped our nation! Back in 1956, over 20,000 brave women marched to the Union Buildings to say “enough is enough” to the pass laws — and in their spirit, we’re bringing bold energy to the present.
Get ready for a day of empowerment, self-expression, and serious fun. First, we connect with soulful women leaders through hands-on workshops — from self-care rituals with Earth & I (essential oils, yes please!) to fashion inspo and identity. Then, we hit the streets of Observatory, Cape Town’s ultimate thrift haven, for a treasure hunt of vintage gems and one-of-a-kind finds.
We end off in true Vibe Van style — feasting at Ivy’s Kitchen on traditional African flavours, sipping on wine, and sharing stories. You are invited to share your story, followed by a live performance from the Langa traditional dancers — and trust us, their rhythm is contagious. You will dance.
