Experience three different cultural food tastings in three of the Cape Winelands’ unique towns. This tour is designed to showcase the differing cultures and cuisines which influence the Stellenbosch region.
 
Kayamandi Township Tour:
Touring through one of the Cape’s bustling townships on a Saturday morning reveals a culture like no other. Meet Kayamandi locals who guide us through their neighbourhoods and share stories of their backgrounds. Be invited into their homes to sample staples of the South African diet, and some unique bold flavours! This part of the tour reveals a side of South Africa not often seen to tourists. It is guaranteed to be an immersive and emboldening experience!

Paarl Monument & Biltong Tasting:
A deep dive into the history and culture of the Afrikaans people! The Afrikaanse Taal monument is surrounded by fynbos forests and boasts amazing views of the winelands below. Take it in while learning all there is to know about the unique history of the Afrikaaners and how they wove their way into the fabric of a new nation. We also taste a variety of traditional foods, including South Africa’s most revered snack – biltong!

Franschhoek Cheese and Wine:
A relaxing walk through Franschhoek and the best way to end any day – a cheese and wine pairing at the famous Fairview Cheese and Wine Farm. Franschhoek main road hosts world class restaurants, wineries, and micro-breweries in original Cape Dutch styled buildings. We commemorate the Huguenot struggle and celebrate their role in South African culture.
